Welcome to our Governance and Club Policies page. As a private lifestyle club, we are dedicated to maintaining a professional, respectful, and ethical environment for all members. Transparency and integrity are at the core of our community, and we encourage all members and prospective members to familiarize themselves with our governance structure and by-laws.

Club Governance

MOC Social Club is governed by a Board of Directors and structured to foster both strong leadership and a vibrant community. Membership is open to anyone who identifies as male and is at least 21 years old. There are two classes of members: Council Members and Social Members.

 

Council Members comprise "The Council," serving as the leadership body that appoints the Board of Directors. In addition to guiding the club’s vision and direction, Council Members act as stewards of its core values and long-term strategy.

 

Social Members are the heart of the club’s community. By paying annual membership dues, they enjoy access to all events and activities and help create the welcoming, judgment-free space that defines the club.

 

The Board of Directors consists of five individuals appointed by The Council. The Board manages the club’s business and affairs, elects the club’s Officers—including President, Vice President(s), Secretary, and Treasurer—and oversees day-to-day operations.

 

The Board also appoints a Membership Committee, responsible for reviewing all applications for Social Membership to ensure prospective members align with the club’s values and standards.

 

This governance structure is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, privacy, confidentiality, and the ongoing vitality of the MOC Social Club for all members.
